How Does The Xcare App Work?

The Xcare mobile app allows dental practices to stay more connected with their current patient base and manage all patient communication, clinic safety protocols, appointments and billing in one place. Xcare enhances patient loyalty by making it easier for them to book future appointments, providing them with points and rewards for visiting the dentist and through connecting with their insurance to make sure they fully utilize all of their benefits.

The Xcare app allows dental practices to easily and effectively manage the entire patient flow and communicate seamlessly with all patients. Our platform also integrates COVID-19 pre-screening and contactless appointment check in and billing for all patients to keep your team members and patients safe. Beyond this, Xcare allows clinics to automate their review process with our integrated software, helping practices attain more genuine online ratings from customers.

Is Xcare Right For My Dental Practice?

The Xcare mobile app is for any dental practices that are looking to improve the connection, communication and loyalty within their current patient base. Xcare simplifies the booking and billing process for both practices and patients while also providing ongoing points and rewards for patients after each completed appointment.

How Do Patients Book Appointments On The Xcare App?

Once a patient has downloaded the app, they can connect directly to their current dental practice provider (as long as they are a registered practice on the app). From here, it only takes a few clicks for a patient to request their appointment, pay for the service and attain their rewards. The Xcare mobile app simplifies the entire dental experience for all patients.

How Do I Sign Up For Xcare?

All practices are required to complete our registration form providing us with details about your practice. Once your practice has been approved, we will setup a profile for your practice which patients will be able to connect to directly through the Xcare mobile app. We will also create a custom dashboard for your clinic so you can communicate and manage all patient appointments.

How Much Does The Xcare App Cost?

Xcare is currently offering a 1-month free trial to all dental clinics that sign up. After the 1-month trial, the cost for the Xcare App and management system will be $349 per month.

How Does The Free Trial Work?

The free trial is a no obligation service, if you are not satisfied you can cancel for free within the 1-month trial period.

What Happens After My Free Trial?

Once your trial period is complete, your service will continue and you will be billed on a month to month basis. If you cancel prior to the free trial being completed, you will not be charged.

Will My Data Be Private & Safe?

Xcare and its communication channels are built with highest end-2-end encryption (E2EE) and meets all its compliance standards. Customer Data is owned and controlled by our Customers, and any Customer Data that we maintain or process we consider to be strictly confidential. We collect and process Customer Data solely on behalf of our Customers, and in accordance with our contractual agreements with the Customers. We do not use or disclose Customer Data except as authorized and required by our Customers and as provided for in our agreements with our Customers.

We make all efforts to ensure we collect, retain & serve the minimum information required to provide you a best in class experience with our product, while ensuring minimal privacy risk to you. To the extent required solution is HIPPA compliant but we go above and beyond to ensure that your data is fully secured.

How Do New Patients Find Dentists On Xcare?

Xcare connects with patients online that are looking for dental services. Patients then find dentists on our platform by simply selecting their oral health goals, clinic preferences and desired services. From here, the Xcare platform displays all the clinics in their vicinity that fit their criteria.

When does my free trial start?

Your free trial does not start until you activate your listing. Our team will setup your custom profile and dashboard for you to review after you’ve completed our Xcare application form. Once you’ve authenticated and verified the account, you can choose when you activate your listing in line with your practice opening. We allow you to do this as we know that dental practices are opening back up at different times, and we want to allow you to take full advantage of your free trial as soon as your practice opens up again.

When does payment for Xcare start?

Your payment for the Xcare system will begin once you have completed your free trial. Your free trial will not begin until you open up your practice, giving you the opportunity to fully utilize our platform to help integrate a contactless patient flow into your clinic. If you desire to cancel your subscription before your free trial is over, you will not be charged.

How does the Xcare loyalty/rewards system work?

At Xcare, we not only help manage your current patients, but also look to help practices continue to grow by delivering qualified new patients to you. Our rewards and loyalty program is strictly between Xcare and the user of the app. The clinics are not associated or a part of our rewards program. Loyalty points are only earned for referring a friend, promoting the app or using additional services within the app.

When should I sign up my dental practice?

Due to the high volume of requests we are receiving, we recommend that you sign up for Xcare as soon as possible. It takes our team between 2-7 days to setup your custom profile and dashboard once you’ve completed our dental practice submission form (please see our sign up timeline and process breakdown for more information).

Once I sign up, am I locked into a long-term contract?

Xcare is dedicated to providing value to all of our clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel at anytime, no questions asked. Our agreement is non-binding, giving you the freedom to discontinue your service should you choose.
