Inside the module

What it does, end to end.

Existing demand standing nearby

Members are already using the network. When you join, they see your clinic in their app the next morning - no acquisition cost for that first booking.

Real-world gift cards

Amazon, Starbucks, Visa, Indigo, hundreds more. Patients value cash-equivalent rewards 4-5x higher than dental discounts in our internal testing.

Three earn loops

Patients earn points for booking, leaving a review, and referring a friend - the three behaviors that compound your practice's growth.

Network attribution

Every booking sourced from the network is tagged in your Patient Revenue Report - so you see real ROI, not vanity metrics.

The deep dive

What practice owners actually need to know.

A 200,000+ member healthcare loyalty network you plug into, not build

Most loyalty programs in dentistry are point-of-sale punch cards that nobody remembers. Xcare Rewards is a multi-practice, multi-vertical loyalty network with 200,000+ active members across dental, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and vision practices - real patients who already have accounts, balances, and a habit of choosing in-network providers.

Cross-vertical membership matters: a patient who already trusts the Xcare Rewards app for their physio appointments is the easiest patient to convert into a new dental booking. The network stays active between dental visits, which is the only way a loyalty program at this scale stays usable. When your dental clinic joins, the members within driving distance become a warm acquisition pool - they get notified you're now an Xcare Rewards practice and can book with you the same way they would at any other Xcare clinic.

How patients actually use it

Patients earn points for booking, showing up, leaving a Google review, and referring friends. Points redeem for real-world gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks, Tim Hortons in Canada) - not a free cleaning, which would be insurance-fraud-adjacent. The redemption is real money, paid by the network, not by the practice.

For the practice, the program drives three behaviors that compound: higher show-rate (booked points are forfeited on no-show), higher review velocity (reviewing earns points), and higher referral volume (referring earns points for both sides).

  • 200,000+ members already in the network
  • Members within 5km of your clinic, surfaced on day one
  • Points for booking, attending, reviewing, referring
  • Redeemable for real gift cards, paid by the network
  • No-show rate typically drops 4-8 points after launch

Network effects: why the price floor keeps falling

The cost-per-new-patient inside the Xcare Rewards network is a fraction of paid acquisition - typically $40-$90 versus $200-$350 for Google Ads. The reason is structural: the network already paid the acquisition cost on the member; the practice only pays for the booking event.

As the network grows, the cost floor for any individual practice falls. Founding partners in each FSA territory get the lowest cost-per-patient and the longest-term lock on member exclusivity.

FSA exclusivity

We onboard one practice per Forward Sortation Area (Canadian postal code prefix - first three characters). Once your FSA is locked, no competing practice in that zone can join Xcare Rewards. This is the founding partner program - finite by design, and it closes when each FSA closes.

What it costs the practice and how billing works

There is no per-redemption cost to the practice. Gift card redemptions are funded by the network, not by the clinic. The practice pays a flat monthly network fee (scaled by FSA size and practice volume) that covers member access, point issuance, and program operations.

There is also no "discount on services" - the practice never has to write off production. This is the single biggest difference from traditional in-house loyalty programs, which always end up costing the practice in real dollars at the chairside.

FAQ

Practice owners ask.

What is Xcare Rewards?

Xcare Rewards is a 200,000+ member healthcare patient loyalty network spanning dental, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and vision practices. Members earn points for booking, reviewing, and referring - redeemable for real-world gift cards from Amazon, Starbucks, Visa, and more.

Why a cross-vertical network instead of dental-only?

A patient who already trusts the Xcare Rewards app for their physio appointments is the easiest patient to convert into a new dental booking - and vice versa. Cross-vertical membership keeps the network active between dental visits, which is the only way a loyalty program of this size stays usable. Dental remains the largest vertical and the primary acquisition surface for dental practices that join.

How is Xcare Rewards different from a dental membership plan?

A membership plan locks patients to your practice via discounted treatment. Xcare Rewards is a network: members can use it across many practices and verticals, and joining puts you in front of demand that already exists nearby.
