Once patients have an account created on our mobile application, they can also use the same login credentials and access their account via our desktop portal. This allows patients to open and manage their account details on any desktop, laptop, or tablet should they choose to do so.

But what about new potential patients that may not yet have the mobile application? Any new patients that visit your website can utilize our online booking utility to request an appointment. This utility is integrated as button right on your website making it easily accessible for online users. As the clinic you can choose to show open time slots (pulled from your patient management system automatically) or have a general appointment request option available. Either way, patients no longer need to email you or complete a contact form with back and forth involved before getting an appointment. Within a few clicks, they can request an appointment and once accepted by your clinic staff, these appointment details will automatically sync with your patient management system and the reminders will be delivered via email and text to the patient without you having to lift a finger.
