With this pre-screening feature your patients can complete their questionnaire in a matter of minutes ensuring you have a secure and safe environment for all. Patients can rest assured knowing that their safety needs are being met when your clinic uses XCare.

Not only does our pre-screening feature enhance safety, but it also makes the process much simpler. No longer do you have to worry about storing paper copies and disinfecting pens as everything is automated and digital. 48 hours prior to a patient arriving at your clinic, they will be sent a notification reminding them that they will need to fill out their COVID-19 pre-screening form. Upon completion, a copy will be directly added to your dashboard. If the answers meet the criteria to enter safely, their pre-screening form will be auto verified. If there are any concerns or issues with a patient’s answers, the XCare system will highlight this in red and bring it to your attention so it can be reviewed. All pre-screening forms are securely stored in your dashboard for historical purposes.
